Women Empowerment

The empowerment & autonomy of women and the enhancement of their social, health, political, and economic conditions is an extremely vital end in itself. It is the framework for the achievement of sustainable development. The power equations that obstruct women’s realization of healthy and fulfilling lives function across different levels of society, from very personal to the highly public. Accomplishing transformation needs policy and programme initiatives that would enhance women’s access to secure livelihoods & economic resources, lessen their extreme responsibilities with regard to housework, eradicate legal obstacles to their participation in public life, and increase social awareness through effective programmes of education and mass communication.

Women in India are not to be considered to men and is not been treated equally to men. It’s quite shameful that women are treated just as someone who cannot be productive as men can be physically, emotionally and mentally. It is one of the most critical issue of our country where we have to overcome our traditional thought and redefine the definition of women in modern society where we lack way far from the thought of how actually women should be treated in our country. We look out for people who hold strong thought empowering women and believe in equality. We invite you to support our effort of empowering women and take a step to impact women and girls life from rural area and their health related concern with us, which can make their life a better agenda to live in this world. We give free training of stitching, cutting, printing, packing and thread cleaning to girls and women. After their training them we appoint them in our organisation and when they start working we help them to have a better position in the market by getting them clients. We help them by selling their product through various e-commerse platforms.

Till now we have trained more than 50 womens and now they are working on their own and earning money for their livelyhood. They are capable of managing their own expenses. Women with us work as a tailor, they print T-shirts, clean threads, we also have some data analytics. It’s a positive result and we are hopeful to do better than it in next time. Our all members, volunteer’s contribution is important part of it, and we are spreading our team, branches at every place in coming time.
