Digital Generation Sansthan is participating in a project by Vedanta and CSC to make local Anganwadis better, Vedanta is currently working to convert the Anganwadi of Rajasthan into Nand Ghar. Digital Generation Sansthan is helping them in their survey in Udaipur.
Vedanta is going to convert AWC and make 25000 Nand Ghar in Rajasthan. Digital Generation Sansthan is working in 14 blocks of Udaipur which include 1932 AWC. We have started the survey from 26th August 2022, we are covering 14 blocks of Udaipur district in Rajasthan.
14 Blocks of Udaipur include Mavli, Kotra, Jhadol, Rishabhdeo, Falasia, Girwa, Bhinder, Sarada, Salumbar, Lasadiya, Khedwada, Gogunda, Bargaon and Jhallara.
Nand Ghars are a transformative leap dedicated to benefit rural children and women in India. A measure undertaken by Vedanta under the Anil Agarwal Foundation Initiative, together with the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MoWCD), the project aims to ensure that rural India is not left behind in India's march towards progress. The case for state-of-the-art Anganwadis in the form of Nand Ghars all over India has not merely arrived - it is now imperative.

Key Features of these surveys for Nand Ghar:

Health of children's : To provide better and nurturing food for children of rural areas and provide them healthy food to grow.

Women: Working women, pregnant women and lactating women.

Children: Checking the age group of different children for providing their basic needs.

Drinking Water: Having access to safe drinking water and providing them with water purifiers.

Education Material: To provide them smart Kits to support linguistic, cognitive, motor skills, etc.

Functional Toilet: For cleanliness and healthy sanitation for children and staff.
Impact of Nand Ghar
Today more than 3000 Nand Ghars are running across 12 states of India including Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Goa, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Odisha.
